We execute a 3-Photo & 1-Video Transparency Protocol. Before shipment, our quality inspectors, such as Susie or Lila, will take overall photos, detail photos, measurement photos, and dynamic videos. These files are uploaded to a dedicated cloud folder. You or your agent can remotely monitor the shipment quality without being physically present at the factory.
