My story isn’t just about doors and windows; it’s about dreams, hard work, and the endless possibilities that lie ahead. You could say my entrepreneurial spirit was ignited when I realized how important our homes are—how they shape our lives, provide comfort, and connect us with the world around us. That realization led me to dive headfirst into the doors and windows industry.

Challenges Faced

Now, let’s be real. The road hasn’t always been smooth. I've faced challenges that often felt overwhelming. Establishing a business in a competitive landscape isn’t easy—especially one that aims to bridge the gap between Chinese craftsmanship and global markets. Think of it like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole; it's tough work! Navigating cultural differences and market expectations was like learning a new language for me. But guess what? Each hurdle taught me valuable lessons, and I learned to embrace setbacks as opportunities for growth.

Lessons Learned Along the Way

Through these experiences, I discovered the true meaning of resilience. Adaptability became my best friend. In this rapidly changing world, flexibility is essential. Countless project cases are based on our customization ability. We need to make products with natural bamboo texture but belong to wood skin doors for European star hotels, need to resist the low temperature of minus 40 degrees in the Arctic, and need to make commercial building projects that are completely different from China's American projects and installation requirements and standards. Instead of panic or challenge, my team and I use these 1 to brainstorm all the time, in the end, the perfect delivery of the project was completed, which ensured the needs of customers and allowed partners to refresh the quality of products made in China.

Isn’t it fascinating how life throws challenges our way to help us grow? Sometimes, those bumps in the road lead to the most rewarding destinations.

I am good at controlling the progress of orders, can control the quality of finished products, predict potential errors and problems in advance, and always deliver high-quality products and services to the team and project parties.My core job is to systematically arrange order production, schedule order progress, delivery date monitoring, quality standard formulation and implementation. During team work, I will take into account product photography, KA managers, international transportation and other aspects of work.
