What is an expedited (rush) order, and how can the expedite fee be waived?
An expedited order is an order that must be produced ahead of the standard schedule, requiring our factory to arrange overtime work.
Why is there an expedite fee?
The expedite fee covers the extra labor and production costs caused by overtime work arranged for rush orders. It applies to expedited orders only; Standard and Planned orders are not charged.
How is the expedite fee charged?
Once an order is confirmed as an expedited order, the expedite fee is confirmed at the time of ordering and settled together with the final payment (balance).
How can the expedite fee be waived?
To encourage timely shipment: if the expedited order completes shipment within 3 working days after production and quality inspection are finished, the expedite fee is fully waived when you pay the balance.
