If I order in small batches frequently, can you guarantee 100% color consistency across batches?
In the industrial coating process, minor color variance (Delta E) between different powder batches is a physical reality. However, we ensure this is highly controllable and near-identical.
- The "Zero-Variance" Case: If your orders utilize profiles from the same batch of our strategic material reserve, the color will be identical.
- The "Controlled" Case: While there may be extremely slight differences between different batches of products, these are all within professional architectural tolerances and are virtually imperceptible to the naked eye. Please refer to our Service Notice for details regarding color difference standards.
