How do you handle glass breakage or missing hardware under cross-border conditions?
1. Pre-emptive Protection :
- Heavy-duty Packaging: Larger glass items are reinforced with additional packaging such as "clamping frames" (see packaging page for details).[View Our Packaging Standards
- Hardware Buffer: We recommend including a specific percentage of extra hardware to prevent shortages.
2. Remedial Measures :
- Glass Breakage: We provide specs for local sourcing. If unavailable locally, we activate "Priority Production" and expedite via air/express.
- Missing Hardware: Small components are sent via express. For international standard (EU/US) hardware, we assist in local sourcing.
