What are the maximum custom sizes for your engineering doors, and how do you prevent warping?
Our painted wooden doors (including solid wood door systems) support the highest customization, with a maximum height of 3600mm and a maximum width of 1500mm. Our unpainted wooden door systems support a maximum height of 2800mm and a maximum width of 1100mm.
For oversized doors, dual-directional carbon-fiber anti-warping rods are built inside the frame to neutralize climate-induced fiber movement, ensuring the door remains perfectly straight under heavy daily use.
