Bracket Fixing Surface The bracket fixing position must be on a solid structural wall
Timber Wall Reinforcement For timber-framed or wood-finished walls, reinforce the bracket fixing area with a thickened structural board
Wall Flatness The wall must be flat; otherwise, the door leaf may rub against it during opening or closing
Floor Condition The floor must be level; installation over wood flooring or carpet is not supported
Door Grooving Grooves in the door leaf must be machined accurately
Door Parking Space At least one side of the opening must provide sufficient width and clearance to park the complete door leaf
Nearby Obstructions Door casing, trim, or electrical switches beside the opening may restrict the door's opening travel

Main Bracket

Connects the door panel to the concealed sliding assembly, giving the carrier a fixed mounting point so the panel stays aligned as it moves.

Lower Guide Wheel

Guides the lower edge of the door and helps reduce side-to-side swing during daily sliding operation.

Damper

Slows the door near the end of travel, making opening or closing feel more controlled and quieter.

Floor Wheel

Provides lower rolling support so the panel can move smoothly while keeping the concealed system stable.

Side Wheel

Controls lateral contact near the side of the opening, helping the door stay steady without exposed guide hardware.

Left & Right Side Covers

Finish the exposed ends of the mechanism for a cleaner concealed installation and help shield the fittings from everyday contact.

Main Bracket

Secures the door panel to the YB05 sliding assembly, keeping the concealed carrier connection firm and aligned.

Stop Block

Defines the travel end position so the panel stops at the planned point before the hardware reaches its limit.

Lower Guide Wheel

Works with the lower guide path to keep the bottom of the door tracking straight and reduce twisting.

Left & Right Dampers

Provide soft control in both travel directions, slowing the panel as it reaches the open or closed end position.

Track

Forms the upper running path for the concealed sliding hardware, helping the moving parts stay straight and coordinated.

Floor Track

Creates a fixed lower guide path for the floor wheels, reducing sway and keeping the panel moving in line.

Floor Wheels

Run along the lower track to support smooth movement and help the door maintain a stable sliding path.

Left & Right Side Covers

Conceal the side ends of the YB09 hardware set, giving the installation a cleaner finished edge.

Main Bracket

Fastens the door panel to the YB09 carrier assembly, supporting stable movement within the hidden hardware layout.

Damper

Absorbs the final motion of the sliding panel, helping the door close or open with less impact and noise.

Track

Provides the straight upper guide path for the YB09 sliding mechanism while remaining hidden in the finished installation.

Lower Guide Wheel

Controls the lower guide point so the door panel stays aligned and resists lateral movement while sliding.

Floor Track

Keeps the bottom guide route fixed, helping the floor wheels run consistently without drifting from the sliding path.

Support smooth lower movement along the floor track and help stabilize the door through repeated daily use.
